Rockefeller Park Summer Camps Soccer
9:30 AM to 12:30 PM - Monday through Friday
The day is broken into two soccer trainings separated by a break with a snack and an additional seated activity (art, games), where the players can get off their feet, rest, and re-energize for the second session.
In addition players will start the second session with yoga and stretching to help train physical coordination and control.
- 9:30 AM Player Arrival & Setup
- 9:45 to 10:30 Practice 1
- 10:30 to 11:15 Snack Break, Rest Project
- 11:15 to 11:35 Yoga and Stretching
- 11:35 to 12:20 Practice 2
- 12:20 to 12:30 PM Wind down and Dismissal
* Players must bring ball, water, and a snack. New players will receive a ball, bag, shirt, and shorts.
